NuBNB is a mid-term rental platform designed for displaced families within the insurance industry. We also want to help property owners keep their investments generating cashflow in non-vacation destinations.  

NuBNB only offers fully furnished single and multi-family homes.

NuBNB strives to offer top-tier housing to our tenants. Each one of our properties will go through a vetting process before being available in our database. After you register your property, NuBNB will send you a welcome email along with next steps. 

NuBNB has an extensive network of housing in highly populated areas. Our database is designed to locate properties within 5-10 miles from our tenants home to accommodate their family's everyday life. These families are displaced for a minimum of 30 days and often times have extensions for multiple months. NuBNB requires that properties are available for the duration of our tenants needs regardless of other bookings. If you accept the offer from NuBNB, we will issue payment on the first of each month making sure you are promptly compensated.  

NuBNB will send an email when your property has a potential tenant in the area. If your property is not available, you can decline the offer.
