This includes: utilities paid, yard service, fully furnished, washer/ dryer, High-Speed Internet/ Wifi, safe neighborhoods, and available for the duration of reconstruction.

Our minimum duration is 30 days. Anything under 30 days, the insurance company typically will not justify a temporary house.
No. We have encountered tenants that have booked on other platforms and had to move from property to property until their house is complete. We want to simplify that process and offer our properties for the duration of reconstruction.
Our mid-term rentals include fully equipped kitchens, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, utilities paid, yard service, and other accommodations upon request. We want you to feel at home for the next few months.
Most of our displaced families come from water loss to the kitchen, bathrooms, or even master bedrooms. The normal living conditions in your home are what help decifer temporary housing solutions. If you can not prepare meals for your family because your kitchen is unusable or if the only bathroom in the house is under reconstruction, then this justifies the need for accommodations. Drying equipment and loud tools being in your home are also reasons for considering housing. We recommend speaking with your adjuster/ contractor to see if your house is considered unlivable.

Each one of our properties is meticulously furnished to provide you with the best accommodations during an unexpected loss. We take pride in our properties and ask that you treat them properly. Our property owners have detailed inventory checklists and photos of any previous damages. In the event that their property/ contents are missing or damaged, the tenant will be responsible for compensation.
